Josh Monti’s family in now in its 5th generation living here in the Olympia area. Josh is a graduate of Tumwater High School and received his degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from Washington State University. Josh has been in the wine business for sometime and was involved in producing his first barrel of Cabernet Sauvignon in 2007. Since then he has been a wine representative for St. Hilaire Cellars of Yakima Washington. Josh also owns A Few Yards Hauling, a landscape product delivery business specializing in loads of 5 yards or less.
Andrew Rose graduated from Timberline High School. After high school he left Washington and moved back to his home state of California, mostly living in the San Francisco bay area. He also brings an international flavor to the business having traveled abroad extensively. He came to Classic Winemakers in 2008 with a beer making background but has quickly found that he enjoys making great wine much more than beer.
